Core Fitness | 30 minutes

Dynamic Pilates-inspired mini-workouts designed to strengthen the core muscles, improve posture and relieve back neck and shoulder pains.

Kung Fu Fitness | 60 minutes

(only taught at the studio, not online)

 A super dynamic fitness class based on authentic Shaolin Kung Fu Fitness training will work you out on every level, including cardio, strength, flexibility, stamina, coordination, balance, and concentration. Please note that this is a non-contact fitness class, and there won’t be any fighting or self-defense techniques.

Guided Meditation | 30 minutes

This is a 20-minute meditation practice combined with a 10-minute breathing technique to help you manage anxiety and stress. This meditation will help you discover the perfect way to welcome inner tranquillity, balance, and joy into your life, especially during uncertain times like the current COVID19 pandemic. Through the simple act of practicing stillness, you re-claim yourself, purify the mind, and re-charge the body. There is a different type of mediation from guided visualization to a body scan and from moving to walking meditation to accommodate all participants’ different needs.

Vinyasa Flow Class | 45 minutes

In a Vinyasa flow class, we teach a flow of different yoga poses designed to synchronize breath with movement and bring rhythm into each sequence.  Flow-through a sequence of postures that will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and bring mobility into the spine – open to all levels.

Hatha Yoga for Beginners | 45 minutes

Slow-paced yoga practices are designed to calm our nervous system and help us relax our body while bringing some flexibility into different muscle groups. This class will give you Yoga’s foundation from a fantastic Yoga instructor making sure you are going to learn how to flow with ease—an ideal class for absolute beginners – open to all levels.

Total Body Pilates

45 minutes, 3 moves, a Total Body Pilates workout that burns good. This is a class that will make you hit every major muscle group of your body in less than 30 minutes. See how it feels and enjoy sweating, being shaken, and feeling the burn – in a good way! Ideal for all levels and every practitioner. 

Laughter Yoga Exercises | 45 minutes

Have you ever practiced prolonged voluntary laughter? Join us in this class to practice through eye contact and lots of playfulness and laughter. Discover for yourself the powerful psychological benefits of these classes and bring some joy to your week. Open to all levels.

Restorative Yoga | 45 minutes

The absolute gentle class will allow you to practice a slow-paced sequence that will enable you to release tension in certain areas of the body and reach a moving meditation. This is a practice where every practitioner can explore themselves through creating space, and this is why it’s ideal for all levels, from absolute beginners to advanced.

Dynamic Yoga | 45 minutes

This is a series of classes that will make you move, sweat, and breath! It’s an active way of practicing dynamic yoga poses through fast-paced flows that will release dopamine and serotonin in the body, leaving you at the end of the class a bit happier and more energized. Ideal for practitioners who are familiar with yoga. Open to all levels. 

Sculpt Yoga | 45 minutes

This is the perfect practice for those who are looking for high-energy flow classes. Set to upbeat music, this is a fusion yoga class aiming to sculpt the lower body, tone the core, build muscle strength, improve our postures and boost our energy levels. If this sounds like the perfect blend for an intensive cardio class, come and join us! Open to all levels.  

Yoga Nidra | 45 minutes 

Discover the powerful practice of reaching this state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. A re-energizing guided meditation infuses this practice in this session; you will experience how simple is the process of releasing stress and letting go! Open to all levels.
