We are so excited to announce our partnership with Titan. Our 2021 wellbeing program is a wellness menu that has been exclusively designed for TITAN's Cement Groups's employees to help them boost their energy levels, de-stress and bring body and mind in balance. We are delighted to deliver this program with our leading experts Dr Maria Fotiadou Nasia Ntalla Stella Iro Ledaki and our founder Alexandra Kafka. Also, Urban YogaLab's amazing trainers Aris Kassios and Stavroula Chrysaeidi will be delivering wellness classes every week on Webex.
October - November - December
This October, we are gathering to create an online experience focused on supporting employees in asset management.
Therefore, in the run-up to World Mental Health Day, we are launching a mini corporate wellness programme for Mondrian Investment Partners.
This two month's programme is focused on giving back to employees and giving them the mindfulness tools and resources they need to be healthy and productive at work. There will be plenty of sessions including movement, yoga, meditation and workshops to de-stress, re-energise and improve sleep.

On the 15th of October, we celebrate World Food Day and we run a one-hour webinar focused on mindful eating practices and giving employees the tools to them the tools and resources to be healthy and productive at work.
Attendees will walk away from the webinar with actionable changes they can implement to take better care of themselves, as well as an expanded mindset focused on their unhealthy habitual patterns. Each attendee will receive a self-care package put together by our event partners.

We're supporting employees to take care of their well-being with a mix of healthy eating workshops on world food day which is on 16h of October. Employees learn how-to solutions to prepare healthy smoothies that will help them to boost their energy levels, lose weight, and feel healthier.

The more oxygen we take in, the deeper we breathe and the more relaxed we feel. Over our next mindfulness session on the 13th of October at Simmons-Simmons, we will be introducing a wonderful toolkit of three breathing techniques to boost energy, improve focus and assist the body to let go of stress.
It’s World Mental Health Day! Dedicated to all employees who cope with mental health issues, this month we're sharing brave stories of transformation, self-acceptance and openness, including a brand-new Discovery Series.

We're also very pleased to be running a day of yoga sessions for our colleagues across the world with Urban YogaLab, focusing on 'Mindfulness Practices for Empowered Women', and have gathered together interesting and informative books, podcasts, and video recommendations for our employees.
We are so excited to announce that on the 7th of December we are delivering a virtual 'Yoga for a Natural Energy Boost' class to Bureau Veritas Group. We are so excited to be delivering via Zoom an amazing team bonding activity to employees from so many parts of the world like the US, Greece, Netherlands, UK, and Norway.
We spent some great time today with employees at Wonderbly where we delivered a Lunch & Learn Webinar. During this webinar, we created some team bonding time among employees while we learned how to build healthy eating habits.
