After working 10 years in corporate roles, Harriet is now blessed to help others discover the benefits of taking time out from their busy schedules and fast-paced lives to check in with their body and mind. She is a qualified yoga instructor, nutritional therapist in training and keen counsellor. As a teacher, she welcomes her clients to explore the benefits of connection, oneness and taking the time to be still – thus increasing the curiosity to the potential of human experience.

We are so excited to have Dorota Cloke joining Urban Yoga Lab's dream team! Dorota is a real devoted foodie. Her career revolved around working in restaurants and members clubs, operationally and strategically. A passion for food and a simple and nutritious diet has been a staple of her life ever since she was a child. We are so happy she accepted our invitation to be one of us, an amazing Zen Warrior.

We are THRILLED we have had our founder Alexandra Kafka and Urban Yoga Lab being featured on major Greek media last Sunday!
We acquired some amazing coverage on @AlphaSatelliteTelevisionSA, a Tier 1 Greek TV channel and we even had the opportunity to have been featured on THE most popular morning show in Greece- 'Savvatokyriako me ton Niko Manesi'.
For a lot of businesses, the lockdown has been a time to pause and reflect. They've had to adapt and find new ways of working. For us in Urban Yoga Lab, it's been an opportunity to get creative, make use of our time and plan what's next.
