In honor of World Humanitarian Day, we invite you to join in on our virtual webinar to help you stay peaceful so that you can be helpful. A calm and peaceful mind leads to increased levels of energy, a sharper mind, and an improved memory. Learn how to savor the moment and bring peace into your life with our founder and mindfulness coach Alexandra Kafka, who will guide you through 5 daily mental habits you can implement in your life to stay zen. 


In this session, we will:

  • Learn how to get through rumination and worry
  • Learn how to raise our hopes and lower our expectations
  • Explore ways of making time to worry, on purpose
  • Learn how to limit mental time travel
  • Learn how to practice self-compassion

What you Need to Know Before you Join:
