3-day Mindfulness Retreat

Urban Yoga Lab’s resident yogi guides us into a journey of self-awareness and mindfulness. Drawing on ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary science, we have developed a signature retreat of meditation series, dynamic breathing, and mindfulness movement techniques.
Letting the deep breathing practices unite with lounge electronic music, we enter altered states of consciousness and access higher realms of inner wisdom knowledge. Clearing mental, emotional, and physical impurities, we tap into our personal visionary potentials and detox our mind and body system in profound ways.
This 3-day program has the below inclusions:
- 3x Group mind detox or meditation classes (45 mins)
- 3x Mindfulness breathing sessions (30 mins)
- 2x Forest fit & energy walk (50 mins)
- 1x Workshop on brainwaves & body’s energy centers (60 mins)
- 1x Group yoga class for better sleep (45 mins)
- 1x Take-home advice kit
