Karolos was born and raised in Greece- as Mediterranean as it gets. From early stages in his Architecture studies, he was fascinated by food.
In many of his projects, he studied the relationship between cooking and designing and how food and space are related and can inform each other. He is passionate about food- the tradition of it, cooking it, and sharing it with others. A person cooking is a person giving: Even the simplest food is a gift.
In 2021, he was selected to join the final 15 of the TV show Top-Chef in Greece. This experience helped him to push boundaries, and understand how a whole industry works but also gain valuable knowledge and skills.
