With this virtual cookery class, you’ll learn how to cook fresh pasta and embrace Italian culture. Pasta is a source of magnesium, vitamin B, protein and fiber. Because of their composition, they provide energy that the body assimilates slowly, which helps to limit snacking, and they stimulate intestinal transit.

For this session, you will need flour, salt, eggs and water to learn : 

  • 3 healthy recipes of pasta sauces (bolognese, pesto, carbonara)
  • How to tailor some famous recipes to make it healthier
  • Some tips to make your plate attractive

What you Need to Know Before you Join:

  • You are welcome to participate with your cameras on/off
  • You can join with a family member or a friend
