Beat Burnout Workshop
The 60-minute Beat Burnout workshop helps people understand what causes stress, explores their stress level, and the impact of stress on their performance. Participants are provided with tips and practical solutions to improve both their stress levels and performance.
The 60-minute Self-Talk workshop explores the impact of self-talk on our performance. In this session, participants will learn how this technique can have a significant impact on motivation and performance.
Getting Active & Loving It Workshop
Reset your stress levels through our ‘Getting Active and Loving It’ sessions. When stress affects the brain, with its many nerve connections, the rest of the body feels the impact as well. So, it stands to reason that if your body feels better, so does your mind! Our active sessions help decrease overall levels of tension, elevate and stabilise mood, improve sleep, and improve self-esteem.
Our Management Performance workshops are 1:1 coaching sessions that are designed specifically for senior management, and address challenges that managers face in the workplace, including:
- Managing stress in teams
- Managing up, down and sideways
- Supporting teams to become more independent
- What to prioritise within teams
- How to deal with procrastination
- Handling difficult conversations
In Management Performance workshops, senior managers will learn how to determine the purpose of conversations, prepare and plan the exchange, approach the difficult conversation, and handle any reactions with care.
