Dorota is a devoted foodie, always has been, personally and professionally. Her career revolved around working in restaurants, operationally and strategically. A passion for food and a simple and nutritious diet has been a staple of her life ever since she was a child. Her mum always had been a great advocate of wholesome eating and this lifestyle carried on with her.
Her professional career started in NYC 20 years ago and continued in London restaurants until her most recent corporate post in sales for a contract catering company. Her calling, however, was always in wellness.
She is now a qualified Nutritionist and her new purpose is to raise awareness about the medicinal properties of healthy and wholesome eating.
