She is an experienced workshop designer and facilitator across the spheres of business and wellness. Naomi runs Flytality, coaching, workshops and online training, helping stressed professionals regain energy, clarity and confidence, so that life and work become joyful again. She is also certified coach facilitator for Mind Gym, delivering workshops focused on behaviour change for professional success and targeted executive coaching to address professional challenges. Prior to coaching Naomi was a Management Consultant working primarily for FTSE 100 clients for over a decade, predominantly in Energy and FMCG.
