Olivia is a qualified Yoga Teacher who is extremely passionate about helping people find their own transformation; on and off the mat (especially those working in the Corporate World!)
Coming from a Corporate background herself, she knows the effects first-hand of burnout, stress and overworking.
In the UK in 2018-19, 12.8 million working days were lost because of work-related stress, depression or anxiety, accounting for 54% of working days lost due to ill health. Musculoskeletal problems, such as back and neck pain, accounted for a further 29% of days lost: a total of 6.9 million days.
Her classes focus on helping employees to feel more relaxed, at ease and to feel more connected to their bodies!
Like most people, the real shift towards this practice really came from her everyday life, or lack thereof. Coming from a Sales background, she started off working in the Motor Trade and then doing Business to Business Sales. Working 70-80 hours a week at 18 was a normality for her, and it was also a normality for her to be physically and emotionally drained by the end of the work week, until she found Yoga.
