A series of five (live, online and interactive) workshops that can be done either individually or as a training series. This is an essential training for any manager and leader, teaching transferable skills by examining business theory on managing people, best practice, different aspects of mental health at the workplace, the current trend of absenteeism and how it can be tackled, how to train people, how to manage conflict at work and how to retain the best talent by becoming an employer of choice. After attending these workshops, managers will have the knowledge needed to assist set the foundations for a strong wellbeing culture and thus create strong, healthy, thriving organisations. Attendees will be provided with template forms and letters that they can retain for use.
