Mindfulness Meditation to Relax

This is a 20-minute meditation practice combined with a 10-minute breathing technique aiming to help you feel balanced, calm and relaxed. This meditation guides us in embodying loving presence through a body scan and then meeting whatever arises with a tender heart. Through the simple act of practising stillness, you re-claim yourself, you purify the mind and re-charge the body.
In this session, we will:
- Explore how to increase patience and tolerance
- Practice a way of gaining a new perspective on stressful situations
- Reduce negative and challenging emotions
